When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kıvanç Kaan made a kick off. Kutlualp Erdesir charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kutlualp Erdesir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. İlhan Ciray who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Suphi Mümtaz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kutlualp Erdesir might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ertan Acunman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kutlualp Erdesir ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 70th minute, Türkeş Özgener hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kıvanç Kaan in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ertan Acunman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 86 minutes into the match, GFB's goal looked a bit too open when Kutlualp Erdesir came free, but Ertan Acunman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kıvanç Kaan in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ertan Acunman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 92nd minute Kıvanç Kaan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ertan Acunman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. GFB's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Ciftlikköy FK had won, even though GFB had held more of the ball.
