Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Silopi's Haşmet Bulut started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Oyak's Mustafa Hakan Şanlı got a free kick in the 10th minute. After having played for 14 minutes, Haşmet Bulut managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Silopi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Haşmet Bulut was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yaser Özbir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şevket Kartal having to interfere. Şevket Kartal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haşmet Bulut in the 18th minute of play. Oyak's Mustafa Hakan Şanlı got his second yellow card of the match in the 24th minute. The referee ordered Mustafa Hakan Şanlı off the ground. Oyak's Şevket Kartal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haşmet Bulut in the 28th minute of play. Şevket Kartal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Haşmet Bulut's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Haşmet Bulut fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şevket Kartal having to interfere. Şevket Kartal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haşmet Bulut, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Şevket Kartal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yaser Özbir in the 45th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Oyak's Yusuf Bahadır Taylak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nebi Tara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half Silopi were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yusuf Bahadır Taylak made a kick off. Yaser Özbir in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Şevket Kartal, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The Silopi fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Silopi's Haşmet Bulut looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Yusuf Bahadır Taylak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nebi Tara having to interfere. Yusuf Bahadır Taylak struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Nebi Tara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oyak. The Silopi supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Silopi would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
