In the 7th minute, Mansur Ayman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Gökçe Çağili managed to get in a good position for a shot. Altindag's supporters rose to their feet, but Gökçe Çağili was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abdi Mehmet İlsev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hüsrev Tayguner in the 17th minute of play forced Dikilitas's goalkeeper Abdi Mehmet İlsev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 17 minutes of play, Altindag's Hüsrev Tayguner made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abdi Mehmet İlsev was left in no man's land by his defense there! Turgut Mengü succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 23rd playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gökçe Çağili in the 26th minute of play forced Dikilitas's goalkeeper Abdi Mehmet İlsev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Turgut Mengü got free with Battal Seyyit Hacıfettahoğlu in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dikilitas's Turgut Mengü got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Altindag's zone, Turgut Mengü stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Battal Seyyit Hacıfettahoğlu came out of the goal and Turgut Mengü tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Altindag's Battal Seyyit Hacıfettahoğlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Altindag from getting a goal against them. When Yusuf Artan fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dikilitas's protests and gave Yusuf Artan a yellow card for diving instead. After 38 played minutes Dikilitas got a freekick which was hit by Yusuf Artan. 39 minutes into the match, Dikilitas's goal looked a bit too open when Hüsrev Tayguner came free, but Abdi Mehmet İlsev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abdi Mehmet İlsev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gökçe Çağili's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hüsrev Tayguner to make the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Vatan İhtişam managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dikilitas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vatan İhtişam was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Dikilitas's Yusuf Artan got a free kick in the 56th minute. A collision led to Altindag getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Güralp Aktar hit a great ball. Battal Seyyit Hacıfettahoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vatan İhtişam in the 60th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Turgut Mengü in the 65th minute of play forced Altindag's goalkeeper Battal Seyyit Hacıfettahoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gökçe Çağili in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Abdi Mehmet İlsev, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Vatan İhtişam scored 3-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Battal Seyyit Hacıfettahoğlu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 73rdth minute of the game Vatan İhtişam who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Altindag's Battal Seyyit Hacıfettahoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Turgut Mengü blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Battal Seyyit Hacıfettahoğlu having to make a save. In the 79th match minute, Altindag was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Öztürk Macit to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vatan İhtişam in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Battal Seyyit Hacıfettahoğlu saved Altindag from getting behind. In the 86th match minute, Altindag was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Münir Demren to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes in the game, Vatan İhtişam dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Vatan İhtişam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Battal Seyyit Hacıfettahoğlu having to interfere. After 94 played minutes Dikilitas got a freekick which was hit by Özal Zeynur. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Dikilitas fans cheered their team off the field, for while Altindag had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
