Taha Latif stood ready after the free kick and tried to head the ball into the goal, but got pushed from behind by one of Istanbul SK's defenders and the ball went out. CEOSPOR appealed in vain for a penalty, the referee looked over at the linesman, but the flag stayed down. No Penalty.
