But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Arif Orkan couldn't finish the play. A wasted opportunity for Istanbul SK. Mustafa Hakan Uzma's late challenge caught a Altindag's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mustafa Hakan Uzma helped the player get up and apologised. Hüsrev Tayguner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gökçe Çağili recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th match minute, Istanbul SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Behçet Taciroğlu to maneuver through the defense. Metehan Aşkın showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hüsrev Tayguner in the 18th minute of the match. Kutlualp Cerit kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Hüsrev Tayguner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gökçe Çağili struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Metehan Aşkın didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altindag. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Mustafa Hakan Uzma put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Battal Seyyit Hacıfettahoğlu. Hüsrev Tayguner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Metehan Aşkın tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Battal Seyyit Hacıfettahoğlu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Gökçe Çağili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hüsrev Tayguner in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Metehan Aşkın saved Istanbul SK from getting behind. In the 36th minute, Mansur Ayman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Istanbul SK booed when Altindag was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erkin Özdinçer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Istanbul SK's Sabri Baloğlu got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Kutlualp Cerit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Battal Seyyit Hacıfettahoğlu having to interfere. After having played for 56 minutes, Mustafa Arif Orkan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Istanbul SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mustafa Arif Orkan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Battal Seyyit Hacıfettahoğlu came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Istanbul SK's Mustafa Arif Orkan. But to his dismay, Mustafa Arif Orkan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Battal Seyyit Hacıfettahoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Arif Orkan, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Öztürk Macit during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 73rd minute, Öztürk Macit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Altindag getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Mansur Ayman hit a great ball. Metehan Aşkın made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Gökçe Çağili sent off a good shot on target. Kutlualp Cerit charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kutlualp Cerit the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kutlualp Cerit hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Istanbul SK's Mustafa Hakan Uzma got his second yellow card of the match in the 88th minute. The referee ordered Mustafa Hakan Uzma off the ground. The supporters of Altindag booed when Istanbul SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Hakan Uzma didn't get a good kick on the ball.
