After 18 played minutes Crvena Zvezda got a freekick which was hit by Ruhi Ökmen. Gamblers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Crvena Zvezda the free kick. The wind increased when Suat Seylan made the kick off in the second half. Ersin Sanal charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ersin Sanal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 56 played minutes Crvena Zvezda got a freekick which was hit by Ersin Sanal. Gamblers's Abdulkadir Korkut couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 57th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Crvena Zvezda. Ahmet Koralp Tümerk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Ediz Yalçın in the 62nd minute of the match. Ahmet Koralp Tümerk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Suat Seylan, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Mürsel Sayraç successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Cüneyd Akalın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mehmet Edip Baytüzün kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After 77 played minutes Gamblers got a freekick which was hit by Batıkan Haymanalı. After a rather tough play, Gamblers's Suat Seylan got a free kick in the 81st minute. After 83 minutes, Erdinç Cihaner mouthed his way into the referee's book. Cüneyd Akalın fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mürsel Sayraç having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Gamblers fans cheered their team off the field, for while Crvena Zvezda had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
