Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when İlyas Tolga Askeroğlu got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Gümüsspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Ediz Gökdoğan to maneuver through the defense. 3 minutes into the match, Dikilitas's Varol Akburç broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Kılıçhan Pekalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vatan İhtişam in the 7th minute of the match. Turgut Mengü recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Derviş Teksoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdi Mehmet İlsev having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, Gümüsspor's Derviş Teksoy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abdi Mehmet İlsev made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 21st play minutes Turgut Mengü shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Kılıçhan Pekalp and just under the crossbar into goal. Gümüsspor's Kılıçhan Pekalp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Gümüsspor from getting a goal against them. Vatan İhtişam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Turgut Mengü blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kılıçhan Pekalp having to make a save. Kılıçhan Pekalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vatan İhtişam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute Vatan İhtişam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kılıçhan Pekalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 minutes, Tuncer Resai mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dikilitas and the Gümüsspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Turgut Mengü got free with Kılıçhan Pekalp in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 39th minute of the match, Turgut Mengü got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kılıçhan Pekalp was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Vatan İhtişam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Kılıçhan Pekalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Turgut Mengü fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kılıçhan Pekalp having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vatan İhtişam to make the kick off. After 53 minutes of play Gümüsspor's Mehmet Ediz Gökdoğan was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Mehmet Ediz Gökdoğan kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Turgut Mengü sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Turgut Mengü recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gürcan Kahya hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. If Vatan İhtişam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 72nd match minute, Gümüsspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reşat Malgır to maneuver through the defense. After 73 minutes, Gürcan Kahya mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gümüsspor and the Dikilitas players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 73 played minutes Gümüsspor got a freekick which was hit by Gürcan Kahya. Varol Akburç was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 74th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Derviş Teksoy got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 84thth minute of the game Vatan İhtişam who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gümüsspor's Kılıçhan Pekalp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 84 played minutes Gümüsspor got a freekick which was hit by Gürcan Kahya. After 85 minutes of play, Dikilitas's Vatan İhtişam made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kılıçhan Pekalp was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Dikilitas's Şimşek Yanaç got a free kick in the 89th minute. Turgut Mengü fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kılıçhan Pekalp having to interfere. Vatan İhtişam might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kılıçhan Pekalp. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vatan İhtişam ran back to his position shaking his head. If Turgut Mengü had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Dikilitas had played much better football throughout.
