Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After a rather tough play, Beşiktaş's Gökçe Kutlubay got a free kick in the 20th minute. Celalettin İlenç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ragıp Üster in the 21st minute of the match. 23 minutes into the game, Kahraman Hinoğlu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karacabey's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Beşiktaş the free kick. In the 23rd minute, Kahraman Hinoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celalettin İlenç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ragıp Üster, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kutluay Aydoğan struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Hamdullah Gökalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celalettin İlenç having to interfere. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When Arif Burak Çelik fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Beşiktaş's protests and gave Arif Burak Çelik a yellow card for diving instead. The audience was convinced that Ragıp Üster's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celalettin İlenç was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamdullah Gökalp in the 65th minute of play forced Beşiktaş's goalkeeper Celalettin İlenç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st match minute, Beşiktaş was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arif Burak Çelik to maneuver through the defense. In the 84thth minute of the game Arif Buğra Sağcan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Beşiktaş's Celalettin İlenç was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ragıp Üster received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Celalettin İlenç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celalettin İlenç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ragıp Üster, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celalettin İlenç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ragıp Üster, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The Beşiktaş players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Karacabey from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
