Mahsun Usun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 15 minutes into the game, one of Vashta Nerada FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 20 minutes, Nazil Öğeturk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Galatasaray SK and the Vashta Nerada FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vashta Nerada FC's Erdem Tevfik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Vashta Nerada FC from getting a goal against them. 23 minutes into the match, Vashta Nerada FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mahsun Usun came free, but Erdem Tevfik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Şensoy Aksoy got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Şensoy Aksoy struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Erdem Tevfik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galatasaray SK. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Şensoy Aksoy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galatasaray SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Şensoy Aksoy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erdem Tevfik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erdem Tevfik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Şensoy Aksoy went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Şensoy Aksoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erdem Tevfik having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Mahsun Usun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Mahsun Usun notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Vashta Nerada FC's Erdem Tevfik. Erdem Tevfik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Şensoy Aksoy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erdem Tevfik was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Ahmet Danış Ragıp kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Mahsun Usun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erdem Tevfik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erdem Tevfik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mahsun Usun's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. After a rather tough play, Vashta Nerada FC's Başar Tokyüz got a free kick in the 96th minute. Galatasaray SK's Şensoy Aksoy got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Galatasaray SK had played much better football throughout.
