Spectators: 7266 (Terracing: 5451, Seating: 1671, VIP seats: 144) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Batıray Şemseddin made the kick off which started today's match. Resul Hallaç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hüseyin Turan Yılmaz having to interfere. After having played for 5 minutes, Salih Türek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Odak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salih Türek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 7th match minute, Odak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Seyfi Özerkin to maneuver through the defense. Aytaç Toran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boran Taşkın in the 8th minute of play. Aytaç Toran didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Batıray Şemseddin went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Hüseyin Turan Yılmaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Resul Hallaç in the 21st minute of play. With 28 minutes on the clock, Reis Ahid commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Odak fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! The throw-in from Şükrü Vahapoğlu in the 34th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Odak's Ömer Rıza Özonder. Hüseyin Turan Yılmaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alpay Tahir, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. When Ömer Rıza Özonder came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Odak fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ömer Rıza Özonder couldn't finish the play. Alpay Tahir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boran Taşkın in the 45th minute of play forced Odak's goalkeeper Aytaç Toran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alpay Tahir to strike the kick off in the second half. Alpay Tahir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hüseyin Turan Yılmaz having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Batıray Şemseddin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galatasaray SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Batıray Şemseddin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aytaç Toran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 66 minutes, Oğuzer Sahat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Galatasaray SK and the Odak players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 66 played minutes Galatasaray SK got a freekick which was hit by Oğuzer Sahat. Hüseyin Turan Yılmaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alpay Tahir, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alpay Tahir in the 76th minute of play forced Galatasaray SK's goalkeeper Hüseyin Turan Yılmaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute, Alpay Tahir ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hüseyin Turan Yılmaz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Galatasaray SK's Hüseyin Turan Yılmaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salih Türek in the 84th minute of play. Alpay Tahir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Hüseyin Turan Yılmaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salih Türek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
