With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dinçer İlsak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Demirköy SK booed when Körfez FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bican Akbatur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mehmet Hamdi Üner charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mehmet Hamdi Üner the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th match minute, Körfez FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Hamdi Üner to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 18 minutes, Ahmet Nasir Kani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Demirköy SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Nasir Kani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sungur Kotuz scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dinçer İlsak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ahmet Nasir Kani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinçer İlsak having to interfere. When Demirköy SK's Sungur Kotuz in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 36thth minute of the game Ahmet Nasir Kani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Körfez FK's Dinçer İlsak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sungur Kotuz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Dinçer İlsak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Körfez FK's zone, Kutlu Üçok stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dinçer İlsak came out of the goal and Kutlu Üçok tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Doğuş Pekinturk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Atilla Bumin Pekel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Dinçer İlsak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Demirköy SK. Demirköy SK's Atilla Bumin Pekel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bedri Akağan in the 57th minute of play. When Demirköy SK's Ahmet Nasir Kani, in the 59th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Demirköy SK. 61 minutes into the game, Güven Göçmen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Körfez FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Demirköy SK the free kick. After 60 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Körfez FK! Dinçer İlsak went to the wrong direction when Ali Macit Perker was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The supporters of Körfez FK booed when Demirköy SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bahadır Hazar didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sungur Kotuz in the 74th minute of play forced Körfez FK's goalkeeper Dinçer İlsak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Demirköy SK booed when Körfez FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Müfit Ahıska didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 77 minutes, Berker Zümer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Körfez FK and the Demirköy SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 80th minute there was a penalty for Demirköy SK. Ali Macit Perker stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dinçer İlsak. 0-2. In the 91st minute Sungur Kotuz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinçer İlsak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Nasir Kani took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dinçer İlsak. Dinçer İlsak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After some careless play in the Körfez FK defense, Ahmet Nasir Kani kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dinçer İlsak. The Körfez FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dinçer İlsak should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle sounded Demirköy SK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Körfez FK.
