Spectators: 6500 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 100) Tavsanli's Mustafa Namık Hürsel started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gaffar Tanver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Nazım Kutsan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tavsanli's Selman Dürüst got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Yedisu's Eurico Lara got control of the ball when Selman Dürüst tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 11 minutes, Selman Dürüst mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tavsanli and the Yedisu players grew even worse after the yellow card. Selman Dürüst kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Nazım Kutsan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Çağdaş Onurhan went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Ali Orhan Altun fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tavsanli's protests and gave Ali Orhan Altun a yellow card for diving instead. After 19 played minutes Tavsanli got a freekick which was hit by Ali Orhan Altun. After 20 played minutes Tavsanli got a freekick which was hit by Arcan Toktuğ. Nazım Kutsan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaffar Tanver in the 22nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rigoberto Botello in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nazım Kutsan saved Tavsanli from getting behind. In the 23rdth minute of the game Rigoberto Botello who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tavsanli's Nazım Kutsan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 25 played minutes Yedisu got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Emrah Geçimoğlu. 29 minutes into the game, Çağdaş Onurhan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Nazım Kutsan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Gaffar Tanver sped through Tavsanli's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nazım Kutsan. Nazım Kutsan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kandemir Zeval in the 40th minute of the match. When Arcan Toktuğ came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Tavsanli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arcan Toktuğ couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Çağdaş Onurhan made a kick off. Selman Dürüst received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Eurico Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 53 minutes into the game, Kandemir Zeval recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nazım Kutsan. Kandemir Zeval showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. In the 60th minute Çağdaş Onurhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nazım Kutsan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Gaffar Tanver kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nazım Kutsan. That made the score 0-5 in the 61 minute of play. In the 65th minute, Çağdaş Onurhan fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 67 minutes into the match, Kılıç Işıldar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nazım Kutsan. Tavsanli's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kılıç Işıldar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. 69 minutes into the game, Yedisu's Gaffar Tanver nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nazım Kutsan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. A collision led to Yedisu getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Gaffar Tanver hit a great ball. Nazım Kutsan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çağdaş Onurhan in the 82nd minute of play. Gaffar Tanver scored 0-8 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nazım Kutsan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Çağdaş Onurhan in the 87th minute of play forced Tavsanli's goalkeeper Nazım Kutsan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaffar Tanver in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nazım Kutsan saved Tavsanli from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Çağdaş Onurhan in the 94th minute of play forced Tavsanli's goalkeeper Nazım Kutsan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Gaffar Tanver kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nazım Kutsan. That made the score 0-9 in the 96 minute of play. The Tavsanli fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Yedisu were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
