Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Yalı's Aytek Kaçkar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th minute Vahit Hastimur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gafur İpekli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aytek Kaçkar in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gafur İpekli saved Etimesgut from getting behind. A collision led to Etimesgut getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Nurkan Seha hit a great ball. In the 19thth minute of the game Aytek Kaçkar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Etimesgut's Gafur İpekli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Aytek Kaçkar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gafur İpekli. Etimesgut's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aytek Kaçkar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Abdi Özdener made in the 26th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Mazhar Taşkesen. After 30 played minutes Etimesgut got a freekick which was hit by Affan Dündar. Tuna Kayaalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mazhar Taşkesen, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Yalı's Cafer Taşan managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Abdi Özdener in the 35 minute of the game. Yalı's Naim Karaalp has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 37th minute. Nurkan Seha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Tuna Kayaalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Aytek Kaçkar struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Gafur İpekli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yalı. In the 57th minute, Aytek Kaçkar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 59th minute, Etimesgut's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Vahit Hastimur fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Etimesgut getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Nurkan Seha hit a great ball. Gafur İpekli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aytek Kaçkar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Affan Dündar fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Etimesgut's protests and gave Affan Dündar a yellow card for diving instead. After 79 played minutes Etimesgut got a freekick which was hit by Affan Dündar. Aytek Kaçkar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard, long distance shot from Kerem Usman flew over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 91 minutes, Gafur İpekli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 93 minutes into the game, Abdi Özdener threw the ball into play from the sideline. Yalı's Kerem Usman quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Yalı's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
