The shot was stopped by Güven Sanay but with some difficulty. Güven Sanay made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Zafer User sent off a good shot on target. Ali Numan Şemsi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Güven Sanay read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Güven Sanay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zafer User in the 54th minute of the match. In the 57th minute Ali Numan Şemsi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güven Sanay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Ali Vedat Uruk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute, Anıl Arda Acarsoy sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Urla FC's Gencalp Özyay didn't even have to move. If Cenap Toktahan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
