Abdurrahman Tecelli's late challenge caught a CASCADE FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abdurrahman Tecelli helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of CASCADE FC booed when Alpu JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdurrahman Tecelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Burak Tunçaslan charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Burak Tunçaslan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Burak Tunçaslan hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After 22 played minutes CASCADE FC got a freekick which was hit by Kayhan Siraceddin. After some careless play in the CASCADE FC defense, Zekeriya Mertkal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Uygur Olcay. The CASCADE FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Uygur Olcay should have stopped the shot. Abdurrahman Tecelli got his second yellow card in the match during the 29th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Kayhan Siraceddin hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in CASCADE FC's zone, Yağızalp Ustam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uygur Olcay came out of the goal and Yağızalp Ustam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yiğit Can Zihni acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 41st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ali Baran Sara. Alpu JK's Yiğit Can Zihni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kutluay Sağlamer in the 45th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

52 minutes into the game, Mehmet Hamdi Şeref was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alpu JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CASCADE FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Alpu JK's Sacit Durali got a free kick in the 57th minute. When Burak Tunçaslan came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the CASCADE FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Burak Tunçaslan couldn't finish the play. In the 61st minute Kutluay Sağlamer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yiğit Can Zihni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Burak Tunçaslan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yağızalp Ustam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uygur Olcay having to interfere. Yiğit Can Zihni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Burak Tunçaslan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yiğit Can Zihni having to make a save. 93 minutes into the match, Alpu JK's goal looked a bit too open when Kutluay Sağlamer came free, but Yiğit Can Zihni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
