Göktürk Usalan kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Ali Vedat Özdilek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ali Mertoğul received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Yiğit Can Zihni came out and tried to block the shot, but Ali Mertoğul slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 12th minute. Ali Mertoğuls short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Yiğit Can Zihni to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Abdurrahman Tecelli kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Ali Vedat Özdilek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Ali Mertoğul took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Yiğit Can Zihni to make any attempt to save it. When Zekeriya Mertkal came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Alpu JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zekeriya Mertkal couldn't finish the play. Yiğit Can Zihni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Mertoğul in the 49th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ali Mertoğul to strike the kick off in the second half. Abdurrahman Tecelli charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abdurrahman Tecelli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Posof booed when Alpu JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdurrahman Tecelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ali Vedat Özdilek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Yiğit Can Zihni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ferid Başok during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Yiğit Can Zihni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Mertoğul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yağızalp Ustam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Mustafa Barış Suyurgal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ali Vedat Özdilek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Vedat Özdilek in the 65th minute of play forced Alpu JK's goalkeeper Yiğit Can Zihni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Alpu JK defense, Ali Vedat Özdilek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yiğit Can Zihni. The Alpu JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yiğit Can Zihni should have stopped the shot. Ali Mertoğul received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Yiğit Can Zihni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ali Vedat Özdilek took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yiğit Can Zihni. Yiğit Can Zihni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. If Zekeriya Mertkal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd match minute, Alpu JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Göktürk Usalan to maneuver through the defense. Altan Turay hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Alpu JK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
