When Aralik SK's Aktuğ Ozansu in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kars SK's goalie prevented a goal. Hüseyin Rahmi Kayan kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Kars SK's Tolga Kutlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aktuğ Ozansu in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes in the game, Ceyhan Yakup dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 11thth minute of the game Ceyhan Yakup who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kars SK's Tolga Kutlan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Aktuğ Ozansu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tolga Kutlan. Kars SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aktuğ Ozansu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 18 minutes into the match, Aralik SK's goalkeeper Resul Berksoy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Şehzade Erzan. The audience thought a goal was coming when Şehzade Erzan got free with Resul Berksoy in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 33 played minutes, Kars SK's Serhat Ataergin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Resul Berksoy came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kars SK reached it. Güvenç Cinel hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute Serhan Ulunay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Resul Berksoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kars SK's goalkeeper Tolga Kutlan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 42nd minute, one of Aralik SK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Aralik SK. In the 48th minute Serhan Ulunay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Resul Berksoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Serhan Ulunay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Serhan Ulunay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Resul Berksoy having to interfere. Kars SK's Serhan Ulunay got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Şehzade Erzan in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Resul Berksoy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ceyhan Yakup had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. Şehzade Erzan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Resul Berksoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Aralik SK's zone, Şehzade Erzan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Resul Berksoy came out of the goal and Şehzade Erzan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Aralik SK getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Mahir Murat hit a great ball. Şehzade Erzan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Resul Berksoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Kars SK's goalkeeper Tolga Kutlan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ceyhan Yakup. After 80 played minutes Kars SK got a freekick which was hit by Doğuş Türek. After some careless play in the Aralik SK defense, Serhan Ulunay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Resul Berksoy. The Aralik SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Resul Berksoy should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serhan Ulunay in the 84th minute of play forced Aralik SK's goalkeeper Resul Berksoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute, Buğrahan Çiftçibaşı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kars SK's Arif Ensar Akdoğu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 87th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Aralik SK. Resul Berksoy came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Kars SK's Serhan Ulunay. But to his dismay, Serhan Ulunay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Serhan Ulunay scored 3-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Resul Berksoy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
