Melih Cevdet Tatu kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Aurel Hagi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kepez spor's supporters rose to their feet, but Aurel Hagi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Asaf Turhan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ahmet Erdem Cebe hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. If Aurel Hagi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
