Zühtü Önateş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Bayındır Yıldıray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bayındır Yıldıray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rıza Atasagun, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zühtü Önateş in the 21st minute of play forced ElitSpor FC's goalkeeper Bayındır Yıldıray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bayındır Yıldıray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rıza Atasagun, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Hasan Tahsin Mehdi succeeded in the game's 47th minute to get real power on a long shot . ElitSpor FC's Bayındır Yıldıray hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 1-1! After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Hüseyin Rahmi Şentürk made the kick off in the second half. Rıza Atasagun scored 1-2 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bayındır Yıldıray, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmet Sedat Engiay during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
