The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sezer Kalender during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sezer Kalender kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Eşref Uluçkan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hayrettin Onaran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. Hayrettin Onaran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eşref Uluçkan having to interfere. Eşref Uluçkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hayrettin Onaran in the 45th minute of the match. After the first half Akcakoca SK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ceyhan Sehim to strike the kick off in the second half. Hayrettin Onaran who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Eşref Uluçkan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 54 minutes, Hayrettin Onaran made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. BastırAnkaragücü's Eşref Uluçkan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee ordered Sezer Kalender off the ground. 77 minutes into the match, BastırAnkaragücü's goal looked a bit too open when Ceyhan Sehim came free, but Eşref Uluçkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eşref Uluçkan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ceyhan Sehim's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Hayrettin Onaran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eşref Uluçkan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Ceyhan Sehim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Akcakoca SK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than BastırAnkaragücü throughout the match.
