Gemerek JK's Kaptan İhlas got his second yellow card of the match in the 47th minute. The referee ordered Kaptan İhlas off the ground. Kaptan İhlas hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Kubilay Bardakçı might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abdulaziz İbiş. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kubilay Bardakçı ran back to his position shaking his head. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Gencay Canaydin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Muzaffer Arslan during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Muzaffer Arslan kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. If Baturalp Tecelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Batıhan Zeyyat in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The audience was convinced that Baturalp Tecelli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gencay Canaydin was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. In the 90th minute, one of Gemerek JK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gemerek JK. Gencay Canaydin had in the 91stth minute some difficulties stopping Baskın Yılhan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Gencay Canaydin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baturalp Tecelli in the 93rd minute of play. Batıhan Zeyyat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Gencay Canaydin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olympos's Abdulaziz İbiş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kubilay Bardakçı in the 99th minute of play.
