They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 91st minute of the match Kandemir Vehbi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hüseyin Can Tuncel skillfully saved the ball. Ahmet Arif Vefa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Faruk Nafiz Doğa having to make a save. After some careless play in the Bartınspor defense, Burhanettin Tapık kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hüseyin Can Tuncel. The Bartınspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hüseyin Can Tuncel should have stopped the shot. Many of Bartınspor's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Bartınspor may have spent more time on the ball, but Tonya FK were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
