Seyitgazi's Cihan Baykır got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 14 minutes into the match, Seyitgazi's goal looked a bit too open when Hakkı Onur Neşit came free, but Nebi Şavat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hakkı Onur Zaik came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Seyitgazi's Cihan Baykır. But to his dismay, Cihan Baykır quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 22nd minute, Mahir Türker left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Seyitgazi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 29th minute, Cihan Baykır ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hakkı Onur Zaik was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Berat Tanbolat's late challenge caught a Seyitgazi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Berat Tanbolat helped the player get up and apologised. Nebi Şavat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ayhan Yalkı in the 38th minute. Seyitgazi's Enis Zahir got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Enis Zahir's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hakkı Onur Zaik was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Berat Tanbolat was shown his second yellow card after 43 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Seyitgazi booed when Yildirim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berat Tanbolat didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Cihan Baykır came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Seyitgazi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cihan Baykır couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Olcay Orkun Taceddin made a kick off. Nebi Şavat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olcay Orkun Taceddin, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Yildirim's goalkeeper Hakkı Onur Zaik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mahir Türker. Cihan Baykır received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Hakkı Onur Zaik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yildirim's Hakkı Onur Neşit suffered a concussion in the 65th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. In the 70th match minute, Yildirim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ayhan Yalkı to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Enis Zahir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seyitgazi's supporters rose to their feet, but Enis Zahir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hakkı Onur Zaik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 77th minute Cihan Baykır shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hakkı Onur Zaik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Seyitgazi's Cihan Baykır slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hakkı Onur Zaik. That made the score 2-4 after 79 minutes of play. 84 minutes into the match, Yildirim's goalkeeper Hakkı Onur Zaik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enis Zahir. When Cihan Baykır came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Seyitgazi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cihan Baykır couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yildirim's goalkeeper Hakkı Onur Zaik, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Enis Zahir who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Hakkı Onur Zaik when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Enis Zahir got free in front of the goal in the 93rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Hakkı Onur Zaik was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If Cihan Baykır had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
