Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Veli Akay kicked off to start the match. If Tuncer Şanver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 11 minutes into the match, Tuncer Şanver notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Dragos FK's Efekan Özel. Efekan Özel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kangal's Sezen Sağanalp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Kangal from getting a goal against them. If Cengiz Tuncel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Selmi Işıldar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st minute Veli Akay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sezen Sağanalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doğuhan Tümay hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Sezen Sağanalp made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oğuzalp Okanalp in the 35th minute. When Cengiz Tuncel came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Kangal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cengiz Tuncel couldn't finish the play. If Selmi Işıldar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hamza İltemir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Efekan Özel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Kangal were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Tuncer Şanver made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Veli Akay in the 52nd minute of play forced Kangal's goalkeeper Sezen Sağanalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cengiz Tuncel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efekan Özel having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Hamza İltemir got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 63rd minute, Ahmet Necdet Yumlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sezen Sağanalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oğuzalp Okanalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the game, Kangal's Cengiz Tuncel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The referee showed Arif Nihat Oncel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Dragos FK getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Arif Nihat Oncel hit a great ball. When Tuncer Şanver came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Kangal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tuncer Şanver couldn't finish the play. Sezen Sağanalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Veli Akay in the 91st minute of the match.
