Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hasret Semavi took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Cengiz Tuncel came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Kangal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cengiz Tuncel couldn't finish the play. Tamer Tekinalp made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Cengiz Tuncel sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yiğitcan Zoral during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kayseri Zerezek Spor's Yiğitcan Zoral got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 11th minute of the match Ahmet Necdet Yumlu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tamer Tekinalp showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Tuncer Şanver took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Tamer Tekinalp to make any attempt to save it. If Hamza İltemir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute Tuncer Şanver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tamer Tekinalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aktuğ Parshan's late challenge caught a Kangal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aktuğ Parshan helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Kangal booed when Kayseri Zerezek Spor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aktuğ Parshan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Veysel Savtur hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the game, Tuncer Şanver was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tamer Tekinalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tuncer Şanver in the 45th minute of the match. When Cengiz Tuncel came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Kangal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cengiz Tuncel couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tuncer Şanver was the one to do the kick off. Selmi Işıldar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tamer Tekinalp having to interfere. Hamza İltemir's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tamer Tekinalp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Cengiz Tuncel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tamer Tekinalp having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kangal's Hamza İltemir got a free kick in the 76th minute. Sezen Sağanalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hasret Semavi, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Kayseri Zerezek Spor's goal looked a bit too open when Tuncer Şanver came free, but Tamer Tekinalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hızır Nuralp kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. If Tuncer Şanver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tuncer Şanver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tamer Tekinalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamza İltemir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Kangal players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
