Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Adnan Pekinturk kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute Bedirhan Okman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Muhsin Merdan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Naim Tolunay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Yağız Karakaya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Muhsin Merdan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bedirhan Okman in the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th of the match, Bedirhan Okman tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Muhsin Merdan got in the way and made a wonderful save. Mustafa Cumhur Dural recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to ERDEM SPOR getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Naim Uluçam hit a great ball. Naim Tolunay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yağız Karakaya having to interfere. Naim Tolunay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mevlüt Sami fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Muhsin Merdan having to interfere. Yağız Karakaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naim Tolunay, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Naim Tolunay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Devrek's supporters rose to their feet, but Naim Tolunay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yağız Karakaya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39th match minute, ERDEM SPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serbülent Sabancı to maneuver through the defense. Adnan Pekinturk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Adnan Pekinturk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in ERDEM SPOR's zone, Adnan Pekinturk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yağız Karakaya came out of the goal and Adnan Pekinturk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mevlüt Sami could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Muhsin Merdan made a huge save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bedirhan Okman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Bedirhan Okman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Bedirhan Okman came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the ERDEM SPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bedirhan Okman couldn't finish the play. After 59 played minutes ERDEM SPOR got a freekick which was hit by Naim Uluçam. Naim Tolunay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yağız Karakaya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Naim Tolunay in the 64th minute. The supporters of Devrek booed when ERDEM SPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serbülent Sabancı didn't get a good kick on the ball. Naim Tolunay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Yağız Karakaya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet Bedri Sarp hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Devrek's Naim Tolunay got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
