Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bedirhan Okman got the match started through his kick off. In the 45th minute, Baha Ayalp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yağız Karakaya was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After having played for 53 minutes, Bedirhan Okman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ERDEM SPOR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bedirhan Okman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of ERDEM SPOR booed when Balikesir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ergincan İmar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute, ERDEM SPOR's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Baha Ayalp fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Harun Ongun came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by ERDEM SPOR's Mevlüt Sami. But to his dismay, Mevlüt Sami quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 78th minute, Naim Uluçam left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ERDEM SPOR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Harun Ongun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bedirhan Okman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Harun Ongun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bedirhan Okman in the 86th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Balikesir's zone, Mevlüt Sami stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harun Ongun came out of the goal and Mevlüt Sami tried to chip the ball over his head. Balikesir's Harun Ongun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bedirhan Okman in the 91st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bedirhan Okman in the 92nd minute of play forced Balikesir's goalkeeper Harun Ongun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
