After a rather tough play, Club 21's Akil Saruca got a free kick in the 38th minute. If Mehmet Akif Türcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute Yahya Kemal Afgan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olcay Orkun Atlıoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Olcay Orkun Atlıoğlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yahya Kemal Afgan went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Olcay Orkun Atlıoğlu made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Yahya Kemal Afgan sent off a good shot on target. Batı Babaoğlu's late challenge caught a Bodrum Kalesi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Batı Babaoğlu helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Club 21's Batı Babaoğlu got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bodrum Kalesi eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
