In the 24th minute FC Zürich were awarded a corner. İsmail Hakkı İlcan went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led FC Zürich's İsmail Hakkı İlcan to fire away a dangerous shot which Onuralp Adaş despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Batu Cem Nabi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cevher Akıncıbey made a kick off. FC DEVEBAGIRTAN GÜCÜ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Göksun İlkcan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mustafa Hamit Köklem made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Göksun İlkcan sent off a good shot on target. FC Zürich's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
