In the 12th match minute, ŞANLI GÖZTEPE 1925 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arif Buğra Berksan to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet İlke Bicanoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ŞANLI GÖZTEPE 1925's Edelmiro Quinten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berat Tanören in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of ŞANLI GÖZTEPE 1925 booed when Capua FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kamuran Sadullah didn't get a good kick on the ball. ŞANLI GÖZTEPE 1925's Edelmiro Quinten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fazıl Dicle in the 24th minute of play. Edelmiro Quinten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berat Tanören in the 25th minute of play. Edelmiro Quinten didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Berat Tanören went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Capua FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Behiç Akbatu hit a great ball. Edelmiro Quinten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Orhan Erdursun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Berat Tanören took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edelmiro Quinten. Edelmiro Quinten dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fazıl Dicle to make the kick off. Ahmet İlke Özay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vacid Refi having to interfere. Edelmiro Quinten made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Berat Tanören sent off a good shot on target. Kamuran Sadullah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Edelmiro Quinten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arif Buğra Berksan in the 75th minute of play forced Capua FC's goalkeeper Vacid Refi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Berat Tanören got free with Edelmiro Quinten in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ŞANLI GÖZTEPE 1925's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Fazıl Dicle scored to the left of an out of position Edelmiro Quinten, making the score, 1-5. Edelmiro Quinten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fazıl Dicle in the 83rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, ŞANLI GÖZTEPE 1925's Arif Buğra Berksan got a free kick in the 86th minute. Arif Buğra Berksan charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arif Buğra Berksan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sadri Atikoğlu got free with Edelmiro Quinten in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 99 minutes into the match, ŞANLI GÖZTEPE 1925's goalkeeper Edelmiro Quinten had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Berat Tanören. In the 101st play minute Berat Tanören came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Edelmiro Quinten. 1-7. Capua FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
