Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Güray Yasık got the match started through his kick off. Özen Ongut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oktay Doğanay in the 2nd minute of the match. Özen Ongut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaffar Nabi in the 4th minute of play. After having played for 4 minutes, Oktay Doğanay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sinanspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oktay Doğanay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 7 played minutes, Sinanspor's Güral Adar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Özen Ongut came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sinanspor reached it. Gaffar Nabi scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Özen Ongut, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Sinanspor's Kutay Tuğcu got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 26 minutes into the match, Sürmene SK's goal looked a bit too open when Oktay Doğanay came free, but Özen Ongut reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cenan Aydoğan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Doğa Yalaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 minutes of play, Sürmene SK's Cenan Aydoğan made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Doğa Yalaz was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Sürmene SK's Cenan Aydoğan in 36 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Doğa Yalaz guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The Sürmene SK fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Sürmene SK's Cenan Aydoğan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Oktay Doğanay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gaffar Nabi in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Özen Ongut prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 71 minutes into the match, Sürmene SK's goalkeeper Özen Ongut had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oktay Doğanay. The audience was convinced that Güray Yasık's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Doğa Yalaz was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. In the 76th minute, Güray Yasık made a precise shot to the right of Doğa Yalaz. Sinanspor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1.
