After a defensive mix-up in FENERBAHÇE's zone, Ali Macit Gökkır stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. A collision led to FC Legends getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Çağan Yekta hit a great ball. Kerem Dilsafa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Akın Benlioğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. FENERBAHÇE's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fazıl Demirhan in the 21st minute. After taking down the ball on FENERBAHÇE's corner Fazıl Demirhan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Akın Benlioğlu quite easily take care of the ball. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Yağızhan Bekir sped through FC Legends's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Akın Benlioğlu. Akın Benlioğlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yağızhan Bekir went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. FENERBAHÇE's İnanç Ökmen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Macit Gökkır in the 33rd minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, FENERBAHÇE's Yağızhan Bekir nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Akın Benlioğlu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 46th minute Serkan Yaman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Akın Benlioğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yağızhan Bekir stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, FC Legends's goal looked a bit too open when Yağızhan Bekir came free, but Akın Benlioğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kerem Dilsafa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akın Benlioğlu having to interfere. Akın Benlioğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yağızhan Bekir in the 55th minute of play. FENERBAHÇE's Yağızhan Bekir got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64th minute, Zaid Özgeer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Şenel Yıldırımtürk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Akın Benlioğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ali Macit Gökkır's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but İnanç Ökmen was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. When the final whistle sounded FENERBAHÇE left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Legends.
