Burak Gurbet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21stth minute of the game Yağızhan Kartal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 1461Trabzon's Birdal Doğan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 22 played minutes 1461Trabzon got a freekick which was hit by Yavuz Bülent Sinan. After 23 minutes of play, Demacia SK's Faruk Öztek made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Birdal Doğan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 29th match minute, 1461Trabzon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Akay Tavgaç to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 34 minutes, Yağızhan Kartal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Demacia SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yağızhan Kartal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 36 minutes into the match, Demacia SK's Faruk Öztek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Birdal Doğan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Faruk Öztek in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Birdal Doğan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Birdal Doğan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yağızhan Kartal, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After a rather tough play, 1461Trabzon's Kılıçalp Özgen got a free kick in the 54th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Demacia SK's Abdulkerim Bozbey tried to score from far away in the 54th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 1461Trabzon's Ahmet Ceyhan Temizkan got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 60 minutes, Ergin Bağış mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Demacia SK and the 1461Trabzon players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 60th minute, Ergin Bağış hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute, Sezen Akyazıcıoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Faruk Öztek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Birdal Doğan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Burak Gurbet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Yağızhan Kartal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Birdal Doğan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Faruk Öztek's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Birdal Doğan firmly grabbed it by the left post.
