After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Ahmet Korkut Garipoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Semdinli SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Korkut Garipoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yenal Tezalp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 15 minutes into the match, BEŞİKTAŞ's goal looked a bit too open when Cihangir Değer came free, but Yenal Tezalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yenal Tezalp yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Vahit Uluer struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Yenal Tezalp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Semdinli SK. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yenal Tezalp prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the final whistle sounded Semdinli SK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than BEŞİKTAŞ.
