Gürel Kavi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peyami Semi in the 13th minute of the match. After having played for 14 minutes, Umur Namdar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kara Kartal JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Umur Namdar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Harbiye's Ahmet Davut Özek got a free kick in the 15th minute. Gürel Kavi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. The Harbiye fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kara Kartal JK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
