Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zülfü Ünsever started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Boztepe FK's Mustafa Haydar Maruf got control of the ball when Bünyamin Osmanoğulları tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mustafa Haydar Maruf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Güvenç Erçelik, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After 32 played minutes Boztepe FK got a freekick which was hit by Levent Batır. After recieving a nice pass, Bahcesaray's Ahmet Rıfat Akbatu tried to score from far away in the 33rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Güvenç Erçelik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Mustafa Haydar Maruf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Ümit Koçarslan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Güvenç Erçelik in the 42nd minute of play forced Boztepe FK's goalkeeper Mustafa Haydar Maruf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bünyamin Osmanoğulları recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 57th minute, Ümit Koçarslan fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Mehmet Hakkı Ongun, passed just outside the right post. In the 58th match minute, Bahcesaray was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kudret Evvel to maneuver through the defense. After 65 played minutes Bahcesaray got a freekick which was hit by Teoman Sadi. Zülfü Ünsever fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Hakkı Ongun having to interfere. The supporters of Boztepe FK booed when Bahcesaray was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alican Rıfat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ümit Koçarslan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mustafa Haydar Maruf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bünyamin Osmanoğulları in the 73rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Güvenç Erçelik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bahcesaray's supporters rose to their feet, but Güvenç Erçelik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mustafa Haydar Maruf breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Güvenç Erçelik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mustafa Haydar Maruf was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Güvenç Erçelik in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mustafa Haydar Maruf prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mustafa Haydar Maruf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Güvenç Erçelik in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 90thth minute of the game Güvenç Erçelik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boztepe FK's Mustafa Haydar Maruf was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bahcesaray fans cheered their team off the field, for while Boztepe FK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
