Ahmet Harun Kayı hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Tacettin Mümtaz kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gökalp Çakmur in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erdem Tüzün prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erdem Tüzün stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gökalp Çakmur's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Erdem Tüzün showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aykan Bozlak in the 16th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Aykan Bozlak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erdem Tüzün saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Merih Hataylı cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Cuma Aktaç was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Erdem Tüzün showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Harun Kayı in the 29th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aykan Bozlak in the 30th minute of play forced NEVŞEHİR ACIGÖL SK's goalkeeper Erdem Tüzün to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Nihat Talayman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 33rd match minute, Zedrak SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rüknettin Sargan to maneuver through the defense. Nihat Talayman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Erdem Tüzün tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gökalp Çakmur came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Zedrak SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gökalp Çakmur couldn't finish the play. If Adnan Sani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adnan Sani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 47 minutes, Nihat Talayman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zedrak SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nihat Talayman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Afşar Keremşah was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Gökalp Çakmur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erdem Tüzün was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 55th minute, Aykan Bozlak made a precise shot to the right of Erdem Tüzün. NEVŞEHİR ACIGÖL SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. An unexpected shot in the 66th minute by Adnan Sani got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in NEVŞEHİR ACIGÖL SK's zone, Gökalp Çakmur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erdem Tüzün came out of the goal and Gökalp Çakmur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 69 minutes into the game, Günalp Temizhan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. NEVŞEHİR ACIGÖL SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zedrak SK the free kick. In the 73rd minute, NEVŞEHİR ACIGÖL SK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nihat Talayman fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Adnan Sani came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Zedrak SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adnan Sani couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Harun Kayı got free with Erdem Tüzün in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 82nd minute, NEVŞEHİR ACIGÖL SK's Yavuz Selim Aker seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Yavuz Selim Aker the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of NEVŞEHİR ACIGÖL SK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Yavuz Selim Aker had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 82nd minute, one of NEVŞEHİR ACIGÖL SK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for NEVŞEHİR ACIGÖL SK. NEVŞEHİR ACIGÖL SK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Gökalp Çakmur scored to the left of an out of position Erdem Tüzün, making the score, 1-4. Zedrak SK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
