Mücahitler FK:s Bican İmar showed great skill when he stopped Arkın Dikmen:s penalty. Rauf Hakan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bican İmar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of FENERBAHÇE booed when Mücahitler FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sancar İçöz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rauf Hakan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bican İmar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Rauf Hakan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bican İmar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Bican İmar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İsmail Cem Akkuş in the 30th minute of play. Şafak Ankara kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 44th match minute, FENERBAHÇE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şafak Ankara to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute, Şafak Ankara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute, Genco Atlıoğlu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FENERBAHÇE's Abdi İzzettin didn't even have to move. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Abdi İzzettin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alaaddin Hazar in the 51st minute of the match. Bican İmar came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by FENERBAHÇE's İsmail Cem Akkuş. But to his dismay, İsmail Cem Akkuş quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 63 minutes into the match, Mücahitler FK's goal looked a bit too open when İsmail Cem Akkuş came free, but Bican İmar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Mücahitler FK's Alaaddin Hazar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Abdi İzzettin. That made the score 2-1 after 71 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rauf Hakan in the 75th minute of play forced Mücahitler FK's goalkeeper Bican İmar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. İsmail Cem Akkuş's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bican İmar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Rauf Hakan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bican İmar came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by FENERBAHÇE's İsmail Cem Akkuş. But to his dismay, İsmail Cem Akkuş quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Rauf Hakan scored 4-1 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bican İmar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kamil Talu hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. FENERBAHÇE's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
