Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gürel Canpolat blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Behçet Olgaç having to make a save. The corner led GALATASARAY's Vahdet Haseki to fire away a dangerous shot which Behçet Olgaç despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sait Ozan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sait Ozan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Behçet Olgaç having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, GALATASARAY's Gürel Canpolat sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Behçet Olgaç narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sait Ozan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Behçet Olgaç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Nusret Erserim fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kestel's protests and gave Nusret Erserim a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of GALATASARAY booed when Kestel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nusret Erserim didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 26 played minutes, GALATASARAY's Gencer Onural shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Behçet Olgaç came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GALATASARAY reached it. If Sait Ozan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Behçet Olgaç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gürel Canpolat in the 29th minute of the match. Behçet Olgaç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sait Ozan, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After 33 played minutes Kestel got a freekick which was hit by Bektaş Bolat. After some careless play in the Kestel defense, Sait Ozan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Behçet Olgaç. The Kestel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Behçet Olgaç should have stopped the shot. Sait Ozan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Behçet Olgaç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Ferman Ağın made a precise shot to the right of Ahmet Ömür Demirkan. GALATASARAY's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The audience was convinced that Ferman Ağın's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ahmet Ömür Demirkan was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. In the 57th minute, Arif Memduh Beycan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute, Sait Ozan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Behçet Olgaç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gürel Canpolat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Kestel's Zühtü Eke got a free kick in the 70th minute. Sait Ozan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Behçet Olgaç made a huge save. In the 74th minute, Ferman Ağın got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Behçet Olgaç made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sait Ozan in the 77th minute. Ferman Ağın recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gürel Canpolat's late challenge caught a Kestel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gürel Canpolat helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, GALATASARAY's Gürel Canpolat got a free kick in the 94th minute. Kestel were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of GALATASARAY for a fine match.
