Mustafa Hamit Ceceli took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised İskender Dursunali. İskender Dursunali dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Pamukkale's zone, Tamer Altınpınar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. İskender Dursunali came out of the goal and Tamer Altınpınar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mustafa Hamit Ceceli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Afşin Bayraktar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. İsa Oyalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afşin Bayraktar in the 55th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Pamukkale's goalkeeper İskender Dursunali had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tamer Altınpınar. Pamukkale's İskender Dursunali proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Pamukkale from getting a goal against them. Afşin Bayraktar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without İsa Oyalp having to make a save. Afşin Bayraktar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afşin Bayraktar in the 89th minute of play forced Yetersiz Spor's goalkeeper İsa Oyalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
