Despite this Özal Öveç quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ahmet Tolga Safvet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İskender Dursunali having to interfere. When Ahmet Tolga Safvet came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the NEWROZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Tolga Safvet couldn't finish the play. İskender Dursunali was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Egídio Vilalobos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. After 23 played minutes NEWROZ got a freekick which was hit by Alfonzo Keys. 26 minutes into the game, Pamukkale's Afşin Bayraktar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Özal Öveç made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Ahmet Tolga Safvet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. İskender Dursunali tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, İskender Dursunali successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

İskender Dursunali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oğuzhan Parshan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Demir Uca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Özal Öveç made a huge save. When Demir Uca came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Pamukkale fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Demir Uca couldn't finish the play. If Ahmet Tolga Safvet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pamukkale's Afşin Bayraktar got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oğuzhan Parshan's late challenge caught a Pamukkale's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oğuzhan Parshan helped the player get up and apologised. Demir Uca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Demir Uca scored 1-3 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Özal Öveç, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
