Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Mesut Tolun in the 5th minute of play forced Ondokuzmayis's goalkeeper Tansu Akçınar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ondokuzmayis's Tansu Akçınar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hulusi Kamil in the 6th minute of play. Hulusi Kamil kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the game, Lüleburgaz SK's Mesut Tolun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tansu Akçınar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 30th minute, Ondokuzmayis's Onurhan Bilgin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kaptan Uruk. Kaptan Uruk yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After 36 played minutes Lüleburgaz SK got a freekick which was hit by Hulusi Kamil. Mesut Tolun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Tansu Akçınar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mesut Tolun in the 54th minute. After a rather tough play, Ondokuzmayis's Müfit Şimşektürk got a free kick in the 69th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Lüleburgaz SK's Zülfü Seyfullah broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 84 played minutes Ondokuzmayis got a freekick which was hit by Çelikan Hür. After recieving a nice pass, Lüleburgaz SK's Zülfü Seyfullah tried to score from far away in the 85th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Mesut Tolun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tansu Akçınar having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Ondokuzmayis's Onurhan Bilgin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kaptan Uruk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Ondokuzmayis supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Lüleburgaz SK's performance. The match ended with a win for Lüleburgaz SK.
