In the 25th minute Onurhan Bilgin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Çelebi Yeler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Yenimahalle bingölspor's Baskın Altuğ got a free kick in the 26th minute. Nafiz Vefakar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tansu Akçınar having to make a save. If Bektaş Kılıçalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Nafiz Vefakar made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 54 minutes, Nafiz Vefakar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yenimahalle bingölspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nafiz Vefakar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bedri Akkuş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Yenimahalle bingölspor's zone, Bektaş Ali Yönet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Çelebi Yeler came out of the goal and Bektaş Ali Yönet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 61st minute, Ondokuzmayis's Selman Yaşer seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Selman Yaşer the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ondokuzmayis protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Selman Yaşer had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 64th minute there was a penalty for Yenimahalle bingölspor. Bora Taşdemir stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tansu Akçınar. 2-0. Bedri Akkuş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tansu Akçınar having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Bektaş Ali Yönet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Ondokuzmayis booed when Yenimahalle bingölspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baskın Altuğ didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Ondokuzmayis's Onurhan Bilgin tried to score from far away in the 78th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Yenimahalle bingölspor's Baskın Altuğ got a free kick in the 81st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Nafiz Vefakar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yenimahalle bingölspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Nafiz Vefakar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tansu Akçınar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Ondokuzmayis's zone, Bedri Akkuş stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tansu Akçınar came out of the goal and Bedri Akkuş tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bedri Akkuş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nafiz Vefakar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
