In the 8th minute Sermet Kumukbay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaptan Uruk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mustafa Haydar Baysan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hulusi Kamil in the 15th minute of play. Lüleburgaz SK's Kaptan Uruk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Derya Neval in the 17th minute of play. Mustafa Emre Kutlan kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Zülfü Seyfullah sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and UrfaGücü's Mustafa Haydar Baysan didn't even have to move. Mustafa Haydar Baysan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arman Kaplan in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Lüleburgaz SK's Arman Kaplan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Kaptan Uruk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Derya Neval in the 27th minute of the match. In the 30th minute Derya Neval shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaptan Uruk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kaptan Uruk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sermet Kumukbay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the game, Yahya Kemal Erokay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Kaptan Uruk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 43rd minute Hulusi Kamil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Haydar Baysan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hulusi Kamil to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Lüleburgaz SK's zone, Derya Neval stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kaptan Uruk came out of the goal and Derya Neval tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 73 played minutes Lüleburgaz SK got a freekick which was hit by Enginsu Ozan. The supporters of UrfaGücü booed when Lüleburgaz SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cezmi Taluy didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute, one of Lüleburgaz SK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lüleburgaz SK. Sermet Kumukbay in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kaptan Uruk, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 89 minutes into the game, Arman Kaplan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
