Spectators: 7284 (Terracing: 5465, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Deniz Uğurel started the match with the kick off. Saraydüzü JK's Tahsin Özaslan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Güral Demirağ in the 3rd minute of play. In the 9th minute Deniz Uğurel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boğaçhan Buminhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Güral Demirağ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tahsin Özaslan having to interfere. Tahsin Özaslan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Necdet Zirve, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. A collision led to Saraydüzü JK getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Aktan Urkan hit a great ball. In the 21st minute of the match Lefter Pekel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tahsin Özaslan skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Necdet Zirve in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tahsin Özaslan saved Saraydüzü JK from getting behind. 23 minutes into the match, Saraydüzü JK's goal looked a bit too open when Güral Demirağ came free, but Tahsin Özaslan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Güral Demirağ might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tahsin Özaslan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Güral Demirağ ran back to his position shaking his head. Tahsin Özaslan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Necdet Zirve's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Ahmet Asım Baydan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saraydüzü JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gedik SK the free kick. In the 29th minute, one of Saraydüzü JK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Saraydüzü JK. After a rather tough play, Saraydüzü JK's Göktuğ Özker got a free kick in the 33rd minute. If Necdet Zirve had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Necdet Zirve might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tahsin Özaslan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Necdet Zirve ran back to his position shaking his head. Necdet Zirve received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Tahsin Özaslan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Güral Demirağ ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tahsin Özaslan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Tahsin Özaslan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Necdet Zirve, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Necdet Zirve made the kick off in the second half. Arkın Orcun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Necdet Zirve might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tahsin Özaslan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Necdet Zirve ran back to his position shaking his head. 61 minutes into the match, Gedik SK's Güral Demirağ sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tahsin Özaslan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Güral Demirağ recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Necdet Zirve was extremely unlucky when he, in the 70th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Güral Demirağ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Tahsin Özaslan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th match minute, Saraydüzü JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İskender Baki Cambaz to maneuver through the defense. Necdet Zirve fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tahsin Özaslan having to interfere. In the 84th minute of the match, Necdet Zirve tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tahsin Özaslan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Saraydüzü JK's Tahsin Özaslan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Saraydüzü JK from getting a goal against them. Boğaçhan Buminhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arkın Orcun in the 94th minute of play. If Deniz Uğurel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
