Spectators: 7280 (Terracing: 5462, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Olcay Orkun Özyay kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Necdet Zirve ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ahmet Koralp Nusret was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Olcay Orkun Özyay got in the 7th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Boğaçhan Buminhan handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After 11 played minutes karatop FK got a freekick which was hit by Yavuzalp Nazım. Güral Demirağ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Koralp Nusret having to interfere. Necdet Zirve sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Koralp Nusret took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güral Demirağ, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Güral Demirağ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Ahmet Koralp Nusret tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 25 minutes of play, Gedik SK's Güral Demirağ made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmet Koralp Nusret was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ahmet Koralp Nusret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Güral Demirağ in the 31st minute of the match. Güral Demirağ's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmet Koralp Nusret read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, karatop FK's goal looked a bit too open when Güral Demirağ came free, but Ahmet Koralp Nusret reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vahap Pekgöz charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vahap Pekgöz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 37th match minute, karatop FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vahap Pekgöz to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Gedik SK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Necdet Zirve to strike the kick off in the second half. When Olcay Orkun Özyay came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the karatop FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olcay Orkun Özyay couldn't finish the play. Ahmet Koralp Nusret made an important save on a dangerous shot by Güral Demirağ in the 55th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Gedik SK's goal looked a bit too open when Olcay Orkun Özyay came free, but Boğaçhan Buminhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 57 played minutes Gedik SK got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Ediz Er. 63 minutes into the match, Necdet Zirve dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ahmet Koralp Nusret, 0-3. karatop FK's Ahmet Koralp Nusret proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save karatop FK from getting a goal against them. 71 minutes into the match, karatop FK's goalkeeper Ahmet Koralp Nusret had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Güral Demirağ. The audience thought a goal was coming when Güral Demirağ got free with Ahmet Koralp Nusret in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ahmet Koralp Nusret made an important save on a dangerous shot by Güral Demirağ in the 78th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Necdet Zirve managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gedik SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Necdet Zirve was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Koralp Nusret breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind karatop FK's goalkeeper Ahmet Koralp Nusret, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Güral Demirağ took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ahmet Koralp Nusret. Ahmet Koralp Nusret dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. karatop FK's Ahmet Koralp Nusret played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Necdet Zirve in the 98th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Gedik SK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than karatop FK.
