Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sergen Nihat got the match started through his kick off. Kazım Yersel kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. A collision led to Gevas getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Doğaner Cengaver hit a great ball. Tarık Cintay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fazıl Canıtez in the 15th minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, one of Gevas:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 23 minutes, Ugurludag's Ahmet Bülent Tanberk got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Kıvanç Sergen. After having played for 28 minutes, Fazıl Canıtez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gevas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fazıl Canıtez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Sergen Nihat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kıvanç Sergen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergen Nihat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Ugurludag's Kıvanç Sergen threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sergen Nihat, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fazıl Canıtez to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Gevas's goal looked a bit too open when Sergen Nihat came free, but Kıvanç Sergen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Sergen Nihat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kıvanç Sergen was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. The supporters of Ugurludag booed when Gevas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doğaner Cengaver didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 62 minutes of play, Gevas's Mustafa İzzet Yusuf made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 67th match minute, Ugurludag was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergen Nihat to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute, Baransel Aktemur made a precise shot to the right of Kıvanç Sergen. Gevas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 73rd minute Baransel Aktemur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kıvanç Sergen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fazıl Canıtez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tarık Cintay read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Baransel Aktemur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Baransel Aktemur managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ugurludag's supporters rose to their feet, but Baransel Aktemur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kıvanç Sergen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergen Nihat in the 96th minute of play forced Gevas's goalkeeper Kıvanç Sergen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ugurludag were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Gevas for a fine match.
