If Durmuş Girgin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th match minute, Hârizmşah was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erenay Serhad to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the match, Abdullatif Raif notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Hârizmşah's Nurtekin Hadi. Nurtekin Hadi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Hârizmşah players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Optik Başkan were winning 0-1.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Durmuş Girgin got free with Nurtekin Hadi in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Atak Cihangir struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Atay Tamay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hârizmşah. After 64 minutes, Selçuk Attar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Optik Başkan and the Hârizmşah players grew even worse after the yellow card. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
