Mustafa Numan Erguvan kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pezolar's zone, Abdullatif Raif stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bilgin Gültekin came out of the goal and Abdullatif Raif tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ramazan Özerkmen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Pezolar's Ahmet Hafiz Ergönül got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Atay Tamay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mehmet Ferit Macit's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. After having played for 90 minutes, Ahmet Hafiz Ergönül managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pezolar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Hafiz Ergönül was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Atay Tamay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Ferit Macit, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Pezolar's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
