Bedir Keyhüsrev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Müfit Cerit's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. In the 11th match minute, sifinspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rüstem Şabi to maneuver through the defense. When Sakut Özbilek came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the sifinspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sakut Özbilek couldn't finish the play. Bedir Keyhüsrev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Yahya Sururi in the 20th minute of the match. If Müfit Cerit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Semih Onar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berker Rıza Uygunel in the 38th minute of play. Sakut Özbilek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Semih Onar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Berker Rıza Uygunel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Semih Onar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Kutluay Erincer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Gölköy's Semih Onar got control of the ball when Sakut Özbilek tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 44th minute, Berker Rıza Uygunel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Müfit Cerit in the 64th minute of play forced sifinspor's goalkeeper Bedir Keyhüsrev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 66 played minutes sifinspor got a freekick which was hit by Ali Kaan Cihanmert. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 67th minute of the game. One of sifinspor:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gölköy:s goal. In the 68th minute there was a penalty for Gölköy. Ahmet Nafiz Kutunalp stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bedir Keyhüsrev. 1-2. Semih Onar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berker Rıza Uygunel, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Müfit Cerit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Gölköy booed when sifinspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdurrahman Aktaşoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 99 minutes into the game, Berker Rıza Uygunel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Semih Onar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
